Finely chopped vanilla / chocolate / raspberry biscuits

150 g melted butter

500 ml 38% sweet cream for whipping

500 g white cheese

A small cup of sour cream

Vanilla Instant Pudding Company

teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons sugar


Preparation:

Mix the biscuits with the melted butter and tighten half of the mass at the bottom of the pan and put in the freezer.

Meanwhile, put the sweet cream with the sugar and the instant in the mixer bowl and whip to a firm cream, add the cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract to obtain a stable mixture.
