Ingredients:
500 g of sifted flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup warm water
Tablespoon of dry yeast
Half a cup of sugar
100g very soft margarine or 2/3 cup oil
Preparation:
In the mixer bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix with a kneading hook for dough, gradually adding the margarine, eggs, and water.
Put about 10 minutes for uniform dough.
Cover the bowl and swell for about an hour.
Divide the dough into more or less equal parts.
Roll the dough into a long, wide rectangle, and spread in a spread that likes and folds the rectangle in half, clamping in the sides.
Cut triangles with a sex knife to the left, and roll the triangle into narrow space (for splitting)
Place on a sheet of baking paper, spread egg, bubble for an additional 25 minutes and bake at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes until browned.
